  • Copy of original title deed of all kinds
  • NOC from the developer
  • MOU (Memorandum of Understanding)
  • Liability letter from the bank including the remaining outstanding mortgage amount. referring to DLD + Bank should mention their engagement to release the property mortgage if the total amount is paid.
  • Seller-buyer & POA (Power of Attorney)'s colored copy of passport
  • Residence visa
  • Emirates ID
  • Contact numbers & Emails
  • Total Cheques required
  • Cheque in the name of Mortgaged bank/ Developer if property is off plan
  • CHEQUE IN THE NAME OF THE SELLER
  • 4% DLD fees in cheques
  • Cheque in  the name of DLD for blocking fees of 1,020 AED

DUBAI LAND DEPARTMENT FEES:

  • 1,000 AED for property blocking
  • 10 AED Knowledge Fee
  • 10 AED Innovation Fee

TRUSTEE OFFICE FEES:(for blocking)

  • 500 AED blocking fees + 25 AED VAT fees

To be on hold by our office until blocking procedure is finished: ( for sellIing)

  • 4,000 AED Processing Fee + 200 AED VAT fee
  • 300 AED Processing Fee + 15 AED VAT fee
