DUBAI LAND DEPARTMENT FEES:

Owner: 

  • 2% of the selling price
  • 10 AED Knowledge Fee
  • 10 AED Innovation Fee

Tenant:

  • 2% from lease value 
  • 250 AED Title Deed Issuance fee for land, apartment, or villa.
  • Map Issuance Fees 
    • 100 Dirhams for Lands
    • 250 Dirhams for Villas & Units 
  • 30 AED Knowledge Fee (a rate of 10 AED per fee)
  • 30 AED Innovation Fee (a rate of 10 AED per fee)

TRUSTEE OFFICE FEES:

  • 4,000 AED if the property value is more than 500,000 AED + 200 AED VAT fees
  • 2,000 AED if the property value is less than 500,000 AED + 100 AED VAT fees

 The required documents are the following: 

Sole Proprietorship

  • Trade License
  • POA  ( Power of Attorney )
  • Original and copy of the Owner’s Passport/Emirates ID Card

Limited Liability Company (LLC)

  • Trade License
  • Power of attorney / board of resolution
  • Memorandum of association (MoA)
  • Original and copy of the Owner’s Passport/Emirates ID

 Off shore (BVI)

  • Certificate of incorporation
  • Memorandum of association
  • Certificate of good standing valid for 1 year
  • Certificate of incumbency/ share Certificate
  • Power of attorney/ board of resolution
  • Original and copy of the Owner’s Passport/Emirates ID

All documentations for companies should be legally translated into Arabic and attested from the ministry of foreign affairs.

The presentative of the company should have the original company stamp.

  • Map Issuance Fees 
    •   100 AED for Lands
    •   250 AED for Villas & Units
  • 30 AED as Knowledge Fees (10 AED added to each fee)
  • 30 AED as Innovation Fees (10 AED added to each fee)

  • 40 AED Innovation Fee (a rate of 10 AED per fee)
